What are your COVID safety standards? 

The health and wellbeing of our staff and customers are vital to us, and we follow COVIDSafe guidelines to ensure we meet all the COVID-19 health and safety requirements. 

Due to similar requirements across the logistics industry, there can be delays with our shipping company - FedEx. Please be patient if this happens.

Which countries do you ship to?

We partner with FedEx, an international logistic company, and ship to most countries worldwide - including the US, UK, Asia, Australia, Canada, South America, and Europe. All orders come with a tracking number so you can check the shipping status of your delivery. 

For express shipping, we use DHL, FedEx, or other shipping companies that offer express shipping, and the delivery time is between 3 to 7 business days.

Please keep in mind that the order may take longer to reach rural or remote areas.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our standard delivery time is between 3 and 16 business days, depending on your location.

Your order is processed and packed within 3-5 business days, and the delivery time is between 3-7 days. 

  • Shipping to the USA, Canada, and Australia takes between 7 to 14 business days.
  • Shipping to the UK and most European countries take between 7 to 25 business days. 
  • Shipping to Latin American countries takes between 7 to 25 business days.      
  • Shipping to other countries may take between 15-25 business days.      

Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19, shipping can take longer in some cases due to delays at our shipping company, FedEx.

What happens if there’s a missing item in my order?

We do our best to update our stock quantities daily and have a 98% accuracy score, but mistakes can happen. We apologize in advance if there was something wrong with your order, and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

The product I want is sold-out! Will you receive more stock, and when? 

We’re sorry that the item you want is not available. 

We try our best to ensure our stock levels are constantly refilled, but if the item is sold out, we typically receive more stock once the material of that item is ready from our manufacturer. Unfortunately, we cannot give an exact wait time, but we can let you know as soon as it arrives. If you are after large quantities we can also place a custom order, just for you.

How do I place an order?

Place your order in three easy steps.

  1. Log in or create an account. 
    You can do this by clicking or tapping the icon on the top right side of your screen and entering a few personal details (if you’re signing up) or if you already have an account login using your username and password.

  2. Select products and click ‘add to cart.’
    Browse the website and add the products you’d like to purchase to your cart. Easy!

  3. Check order and pay.
    Click or tap on the cart icon on the top right side of your screen and click or tap the ‘go-to cart’ button. Check your order, and follow the prompts to finalize your order.

I can’t log into my account. What do I do?

What is the minimum order quantity? 

Good news! We don't have a minimum order quantity. Order any style of any amount, but keep in mind that our prices are structured so that the higher-order quantity you place, the cheaper the cost per item is.

Can I get a sample before placing a large order?

Unfortunately, we don’t provide samples. However, we don’t have any order minimums, so you can purchase a ‘sample order’ for yourself before committing to any significant quantities.

I want to add my logo and tags to my order. Do you provide customized labeling?

Yes, we provide customized labeling with different size information. The price is US$190.00 for 10,000 pieces. The labels are custom-made brand-labels and we have capacity to include information in 10 different sizes, ranging from infant and babywear to kidswear to women's and maternity clothing.

I made a mistake - what’s your return policy?

We get it; mistakes happen, so please contact us straight away if you want to cancel your order. We have a 30-day full refund return policy for unworn items sent back in their original condition.

I received a faulty item, what do I do?

We do our best to check that each product we send meets our quality standard, but if there is a problem with an item, we will be happy to offer you a refund.

Simply return the item to our warehouse within 30-days, and we will be happy to send you a replacement or offer a refund.

Do you offer discounts on large order quantities?

The prices on our website reflect the tier pricing strategy based on order quantities between 1-49 pieces, 50-199 pieces, and for orders that contain over 200 products of each style in the same colorway.
